Jinan Dalloo founded DriverSource in December 2001 with Kelly Dalloo and David J. Olshansky. The company was built around a recurring constraint in transportation: finding, qualifying, and placing commercial drivers reliably enough to keep operations moving.
In 2015, the Women In Trucking Association profiled DriverSource as one of the largest women-owned commercial-driver staffing companies in the United States. The feature attributed the company's growth to a focus on quality, integrity, and the belief that strong people produce strong results. Two decades later, DriverSource operates nationally — supporting contract leasing, temporary coverage, and longer-term driver placement across markets and equipment types.
What started as a staffing solution became something broader: a systems approach to the human infrastructure behind every route. The problem isn't just finding drivers — it's keeping them qualified, supported, and matched to the right work at the right time.
