Jinan Dalloo co-founded DriverSource in December 2001 with Kelly Dalloo and David J. Olshansky. The three built the company around a recurring problem in transportation logistics: the gap between supply-chain demands and the availability of qualified, reliable commercial drivers.

DriverSource grew into a national operation — contract leasing, temporary coverage, and longer-term driver placement across markets and equipment types. The company serves Fortune-100 commercial fleets, regional carriers, and owner-operators. Its business model addresses the full lifecycle of commercial-driver workforce infrastructure: recruiting, qualifying, placing, and supporting.

In 2015, the Women In Trucking Association profiled DriverSource as one of the largest women-owned commercial-driver staffing companies in the United States. The feature attributed the company's growth to a focus on quality, integrity, and the belief that strong people produce strong results. Jinan serves as CEO, leading the company's strategy and growth.
